After my many post of clothing hauls, mainly from Urban Outfitters, I decided to switch it up and do a special makeup blog. This week I binged shopped at Ulta and bought almost $200 worth of products. I didn’t want to do a basic tour of my shopping bag so I decided to spice it up.

Your fellow classmate, Joey and Verosh, were nicely bribed into being in my blog. Here is what we did when there was a substitute in class.

Both Verosh and Joey have beautiful highlight from my new Becca Blush & Glow Palette($44). Joey is also wearing the blush and bronzer from this palette, but these colors did not work for Verosh’s skin tone. I like this palette, but it is very light and not as dramatic as I wanted. I also set Joey’s makeup with the Too Faced Born This Way setting powder. It kind of made him look even more pale and washed out but that could be partially to my inexperience with setting powder.

I started to order some bikinis for the summer and I decided to try out Zaful. I have never bought anything from Zaful, but I was pretty satisfied with my order. All of the bikinis I bought only ranged from $8.00-$15.00. The quality was good for the price but obviously not stellar considering the low cost. There was simple mistakes in the design of the bikinis or some that fit a little weird, but ordering 9 bikinis for under $100 was totally worth it. I wanted to start ordering some clothes for the summer so a couple weeks ago I ordered some items from Urban. I was pretty happy with both the fit and the quality. Urban Outfitters is expensive to buy a lot from but the clothes are definitely worth it.

The first item I got was the Motel Sinex Leopard Print Cropped Top($39.00). The quality and fit was great but the top was very short. If you don’t like very short crop tops, this is not the top for you. This came in exactly as I expected it to and I am very happy with it.

I also ordered the Out From Under Jax Sporty Cutout Bodysuit($39.00) and the UO Percy Pleated High-Rise Tapered Pant($59.00). The top also had the exact quality and fit that I was expecting. It looks exactly how it did on the model. The pants were decent but a little bit of a disappointment. They were way baggier than I expected and very long. They almost look like clown pants. Overall I was content with my purchase and probably won’t return anything.

One of the places I bought Christmas gifts from was Urban Outfitters. I shopped at other places too but I bought the most at Urban Outfitters.

For my boyfriend, I bought the Champion UO Exclusive Colorblock Hoodie Sweatshirt ($79.00) and the Goku Dragon Ball Z Tee ($29.00). Both fit exactly how hey were expected to and had excellent quality.

I bought my mom a couple things but my favorite was the UO Casey Kick Flare pants ($39.00). The quality was great but the pants were really tight and did not seem to fit like they should.

One of my favorite Cyber Monday/ Black Friday sales wash Fashionnova’s 40% off everything sale. I bought over 10 items and didn’t pay more than $200. The best thing about Fashionnova is the really low prices. The quality of the clothing is not 100% but it is great quality for the cost.

Two of the items that I bought were the Raceway to Heaven bodysuit ($24.99) and Show off Dem Stripes pants ($19.99). The bodysuit was a little too low quality for the price but the pants had a great fit and were good quality.

The next items I bought were: Just my Secret Stripe top ($14.99) and Contrasting Opinion pants ($34.99). Both the top and bottom were exactly what I was expecting to receive and the pants are now one of my favorites.

The last two items I am going too share (that don’t match) are the Boot Camp Skirt ($19.99) and the Came Close top ($24.99). The skirt was way better than I even expected it to be. The fit of the skirt was perfect for me, and my friend shown in the image.

On November 14th, I went up to Manhattan to visit a college that I am hoping to attend next year, but it wouldn’t have been a successful trip to New York if I didn’t stop In SoHo, the shopping neighborhood of NYC. SoHo is filled with designer shops that are WAY out of my price range so I just stuck to shopping at the stores I already know and love.

The first thing that I bought was a big faux fur jacket from Urban Outfitters.

The jacket is $110 and no longer sold online. When I went outside on the first day of snow, the jacket kept me completely warm. Also, because of the variety of neutral colors, the jacket matches with everything.

I also bought these grey stripped pants from H&M. The pants fit really well around the waist and could be worn with a cute or formal outfit. H&M always has quality clothing at a good price.

My last purchase was these $70 Fila shoes from Journeys. These shoes are really comfortable but can only go with certain outfits or else you might look like a dad with bad style.

I have placed many orders on Urban Outfitters and most of the time I am happy with what I receive in the mall. One of the great things about this website is that you can order different clothing from different brands. Here is a pair of pants that I really liked. They are comfortable and stylish. It feels like I am wearing PJs.

These next pair of pants are really comfortable but came in way too big. I ordered a small and I was drowning in them, but they are overall great quality.

Both of these shirts fit perfectly and are very good quality. I have worn them multiple times and they are still the quality that they were when they came in the mail.

Urban Outfitters clothes can be expansive but the quality will never let you down. If you feel like spending a decent amount of money then this is definitely the place to order from.

My last post sparked some interest to look deeper into the asos lines and clothing options. Within the past year, asos launched their new athletic line with a inspiring commercial. This commercial promotes that race, disability, or sexuality does not limit your ability to be active and look cute while working out. Here’s the video:
